President of the BCA | Executive Director
Jonasz Skrzypkowski
has served as Executive Director and Board Member of the BCA since summer 2022. Initially a volunteer, he became a full-time team leader. After working in tax law for six years, he shifted to humanitarian work at the BCA during the Ukraine war, frequently collaborating with Ukrainian partners on aid projects. Raised in a large family that fostered children, Jonasz is dedicated to supporting foster families and is launching new BCA programs to promote foster parenting and support Ukrainian communities in Poland. He enjoys cooking, hosting friends, and attending theatre or opera in his free time.

Board Member
Henryk Skrzypkowski
served as a vice president of the Polish Baptist Union between 2013 and 2021. From 2021, Henryk took the presidential position in the BCA and stepped down in 2024 while continuing to be involved in ministry towards foster families. While being a pastor in Chełm, he was a driving force in creating the Christian Transit Center that housed around 5,000 Ukrainian refugees at the beginning of the war. Skrzypkowski's family became a foster family in 2006. Henryk, with his wife Bogumiła, raised seven biological children and nine foster children, three of whom have Down syndrome. Henryk has been involved in pastoral ministry since 1991. He has been working with churches in Ukraine for over 30 years to share the gospel and disciple believers. In 2014, Henryk and Bogumiła received Crosses of Merits from the Polish President, Bronisław Komorowski, to recognize their service to the state. He is passionate about the history of Poland and likes spending his spare time outside of the city.

Board Member | Ministry Coordinator
Daniel Trusiewicz
joined the team in 2024 to lead initiatives and raise awareness about the ministry aimed at Ukrainian communities in Poland. He is a seasoned pastor within the Polish Baptist Union, boasting over 20 years of experience as a mission coordinator for the European Baptist Federation. His extensive background also includes valuable expertise in church planting ministries across Eastern Europe.

Program Coordinator
Eunika Skrzypkowska
joined the BCA in 2023. She majored in midwifery and worked as a church planter in Rwanda, Africa, where she volunteered serving vulnerable children and families for several years. Since 2021, she has been involved in ministry to Ukrainian refugees, and now is also working with foster famlies.

Fundraising and Communications Manager
Szymon Szymczak
joined the team in 2024 to secure the organization's future by fostering relationships, raising funds, and promoting transparency for donors with his extensive experience as a project manager.

Administrative Assistant
Joanna Marcyniak
started at the BCA as a volunteer in March 2022 assisting in the refugee crisis caused by the war in Ukraine. Since June 2022 she has worked remotely from Poznań as an Assistant to the Executive Director and the Board.

Called to good deeds
We fulfill the mission of the Baptist Union of Poland in the field of charitable, caregiving and educational activities. We are an organizational unit of the Baptist Union of Poland and was established by its resolution of 5 October 2017. We operate on the basis of the Act of 30 June 1995 on the relationship between the State and the Baptist Union of Poland (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 169), the Internal Laws of the Baptist Union of Poland, the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 14 December 2018.
